NOTE: Please visit Accommodation to view detailed information about each of the choices of accommodation before submitting your registration.  

You may register in one of two ways:

Print Version - You may access our print version in Microsoft Word format.  Please print it, fill it out, and return it to complete your registration.

Electronic Version - The electronic version may be filled out and submitted online.  You will receive a confirmation email after your registration is completed.

The registration fee should be paid immediately after submission with either a regular cheque or an international cheque.

The cheque for your registration fee should be made payable to the University of Waterloo.  Please send it and the registration form (if you have opted to use the print version) to the following address:
